Easter Week

Because we have a full weekend planned for Easter this year, we decided to let Ry start the festivities early!

Ryan scored this year, he got two special Easter baskets sent over to him...this one was from Grammy Kay!

And this one was from his godmother (& my BFF), his Aunty Kathy.

We also let the boys color eggs on Sunday. I asked them to all "smile sexy" for the camera...and apparently only Keni obliged, which made him my favorite for the day.

Later that day, Ryan and I finished decorating the front door with his Easter artwork and cards (barely visible behind the boys), while Keni & Riki went fishing for their dinner.  Check out the huge file fish they caught!

Ryan got his first perm...he's not really sure if it looks good, but I've assured him he's a total chic magnet.  

And if chics don't dig the hippie look, he can always ride the Breaking Dawn momentum and rock the vampire look instead. 

Guess who turns 4 in six weeks?  (It's Ryan.)  Yippie!!!!  Let the party planning begin!  Though we'd love to have a big blowout and invite all our friends, we're keeping it small with a family gathering at the house this year.  Still, that doesn't mean mama can't go crazy and have some fun with it, right?  I had no idea I had an inner party planner lurking inside of me until he was born, but I do enjoy throwing him little themed parties! And since my sweet little boy still lets me pick the party theme (since he says he doesn't care what we do), this year will be...Candyland!!!
